Seymour Waves is ideal for couples seeking a romantic getaway or for groups and families who can enjoy the spacious garden, children’s playground, table tennis and board games. The spacious, light-filled living area and wide, wrap-around deck offer easy access to the outdoors.
The beaches are just a short walk along bush tracks – 5 minutes to MacLean Beach and 10 minutes to Templestowe Beach. A little further along you’ll discover the Templestowe Lagoon with its rich native birdlife and the magnificent sand dunes that protect it from the Tasman Sea.
The house features an elevated living area with 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 7 people comfortably, 2 bathrooms, a large living area and a laundry as well as a spacious wrap-around porch surrounding the building.
The home is full self contained with linen and towels supplied. There is a heat pump for the cooler Tassie months and the home is also insulated with double glazing throughout. The deck has outdoor furniture and a gas barbecue on the north side.
Underneath parking is available as well ample storage for bikes, surfboards and fishing gear. For those who want the proper outdoor camping experience there is an outdoor fire-pot near the main house.
